NAVFarm
A farm ERP rebuilt as a multi-tenant platform: every tenant provisioned with its own isolated data, companies and operational areas beneath it, and piggery, hatchery and shrimp kept genuinely separate. Co-developed in a team of two.
Three years in: Rishi Gurung builds and maintains multi-tenant platforms at Prudence Technology — backend, web and mobile, all the way to the server.

Rishi works across backend, web and mobile, mostly on existing systems: multi-tenant platforms, the APIs behind them, the interfaces on top, and the deployment path that puts them in front of people.
The preferred move is tracing a problem across all of those layers and finding the simplest useful change. The record runs from thirty-four freelance jobs, through a contract and an internship, to Prudence Technology — where the subject now co-develops NAVFarm and maintains NavCRM.
A farm ERP rebuilt as a multi-tenant platform: every tenant provisioned with its own isolated data, companies and operational areas beneath it, and piggery, hatchery and shrimp kept genuinely separate. Co-developed in a team of two.
A multi-tenant CRM found part-built and carried to completion across web, API and React Native — leads, tickets, metadata-driven fields, SSO and 2FA. Maintained by the subject ever since.

The public site for a farm-software company, built solo inside an existing WordPress environment. Asset work, a CDN and lazy loading took average load time from about 6.0s to 3.2s.
A consultancy site built end to end in Next.js, with an OpenAI chatbot that uses function calling to book consultations, notify the consultant and write to Google Sheets. Filed as a solo job.
A CRM where modules are data rather than code — industry templates and workflow automation on a metadata-driven core. Nuxt on Cloudflare Pages, Hono on a VPS. In progress, and labelled as such.
A Notion-style workspace — nested pages, drag-and-drop blocks, public and private sharing, per-block comments — built to understand how editors actually work.
A cultural-heritage platform taken to the Smart India Hackathon grand finale. The subject built the Node.js/Express backend and the FastAPI recommendation service, and contributed to the React frontend.
Findings are illustrative — what Rishi reaches for day to day, not a ranking.
